2nd Edition of Motherhood Bliss

Hello my Dear Blog Friends.  I hope you are all having a fabulous summer.
Please forgive my lack of posting... it seems to take me a few weeks to get back on here and post.  I am so sorry for that.  I hope you have not lost interest.
This is the second edition of "Motherhood Bliss".  I created this for my eldest sister in colors that she requested of aquamint and burgandy.  The color choices were out of my comfort zone but I battled on through this piece.

I doodled the sides of this piece and filled in the spaces, much different than my original "Motherhood Bliss" piece as you can see in my previous post.

This doodle reminds me of an 'eye'.

And finally, the finished piece for her.  The dimensions were much wider than I usually work with of 15" and width of only 81/4". She is determined to fit it in a frame she currently has in those dimensions.

I actually enjoyed getting out of the zone I am most used to and working with new colors.  It sparks the creativity!

I pray you are all being creative in your endevours and are very blessed along the way.

Hugs and many blessings

I truly am impressed with each beautiful piece you do. I love the clean lines and the saturated colors and originality. You inspire me to work on the pieces I do with women. Blessing to you.

This is visually stunning. I'm glad you challenged yourself this way because you created a very lovely and loving piece. I predict you will get more requests for pieces like this!
